IP Office Direct have been selling Avaya Phones and Systems online for a number of years. The website was looking a little old and needed a fresh look so we recently upgraded the shopping system to woocommerce eCommerce solution.
The challenges involved:
- We needed to be sure that the existing client accounts were available to our clients. This meant a migration from the existing solution to the new system.
- Transactions/orders needed to be available in the new setup, this again meant we had to move the data from the existing to new system.
- All products also had to be moved over, at the same time we wanted to make products variable products meaning they are now available in different sizes.
- The look of the website was updated to give the shop a new look allowing clients to easily find the product they required
- A new quotation system is available allowing client to select items and receive a bespoke quote from ip office direct
